if anyone cared (i did - bc i hate one and love the other), Anna Wintour, editor of Vogue, was named Officer of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, or OBE(looks similar OBEY ME BITCH doesnt it?)by the Queen of England. She is the second British-born, U.S.-based magazine editor to receive this distinction for 2008.



why doesn't Anna ever smile? is she a smoker? i am, thats' why -i- never smile. does she have a snaggle tooth? if so, that's cute. missing teeth? so un-vogue. black teeth? or are British people just more proper? like Amy Winehouse, Lily Allen, Pete Doherty. all my favorite crackies.
